We offer 37 cabins and 4 apartments for rent. 12 small cabins of simple standard, the rest are high standard cabins and apartments with shower and WC. All cabins have a green place outside with garden furniture. A spectacular view of Strynevatnet.

Camping

At Strynsvatn Camping, we have 40 places for caravans, motorhomes and tents, in addition to 80 seasonal places for caravans. Service building with shower and WC, sauna, waching machine and dryer. From 2017, we also offer a motorhome, Carado 448, for rent.

Activities

Strynevatnet and Stryneelva offer great fishing possibilities. We have 2 boats and 4 canoes for rent, in addition to 7 biciycles. The camp site has a bathing spot, several play grounds, pool, ping pong, barbeque pavilion by the lake and hikes to mountain and glaciar.

Strynsvatn Camping is a modern, up-to-date campsite, and as a part of Pluscamp, ASCI, ANWB and ADAC, we have a wide range of attractions to offer. Strynsvatn Camping has 37 cabins, 4 apartments and more than 40 stands for motor homes and tents. Numerous activities for the whole family are available at the campsite or in the local area.

Strynsvatn Camping is beautifully situated by the Stryn lake. Being strategically located in the middle of the Stryn Valley, there are only moderate distances to tourist attractions such as the Summer ski centre and the community centre of Stryn, 12 km west. We are open all year round and the reception, including a grocery store and cafè, is open during the summer.

Strynsvatn Camping is a family owned campsite with long traditions within service, quality, high standards and hospitality. Our qualities mixed with the magnificent wild nature of western Norway will make your holiday unforgettable.

Fishing at Strynsvatnet

Fishing licence for Strynevatnet and surrounding rivers can be bought in the reception. It costs NOK.50,- a day, NOK. 200,- a week and NOK. 350,- a year. We have 2 boats and 4 canoes for rent.

Wi-Fi and Cabel TV

Wireless internet is available all over the camping. No password. Good Wi-Fi reception outdoors, a bit variable indoors. All high standard cabins and caravan spots have access to Cabel TV with 8 channels.

We have 80 seasonal spots, there is usually a waiting list every year for an opening spot.
